Situated on 8.44 acres, this 108,000 SF MOB was designed to be complimentary to the architectural expression of recent Hospital expansions but incorporates unique features designed to set it apart from other structures by the introduction of new materials and a divergence of traditional shapes. The ground floor of this 5-story MOB is clad in granite while the second through fifth floors are clad in pre-finished metal panels and ribbon windows. The southerly most corner of the building facing the Hospital is cantilevered and slanted out past the primary plane of the building creating a truly unique and powerful feature.
